Eagle Pass Heliskiing offers the following commissions for group organizers for our Semi-Private Packages. (The discount has already been applied to our private packages)
4% off for a group of 4 *
6% off for a group of 8 *
8% off for a group of 12

The Group Organizer Discount program cannot be combined with any other discount program including the new skier credit program. The group organizer is of course free to distribute the savings to new skiers or any other group member.
The following conditions apply to ‘group organizers’:
- The ‘group organizer’ must ensure that all of the participants receive the invoice registration package which includes a package description, the terms and conditions, emergency contact and medical info form, copy of our waiver for review and the important trip information notes document. Additional promotional materials (brochures and DVD’s) can be provided to organizers to distribute.
- The ‘group organizer’ agrees to collect the deposit, completed and signed registration form and the completed emergency and medical info form from each participant, remitting it to Eagle Pass Heliskiing as one payment*.
- The ‘group organizer’ is responsible for collecting the final payment from each participant, remitting it in one payment* to Eagle Pass Heliskiing, and ensuring that all payments meet the required deadline dates, as per our Terms and Conditions.
- Upon final payment, the ‘group organizer’ will provide EPH with a list of the participants and their travel itinerary.
- Commissions will be paid for only those spaces in which final payment is received by the final payment deadline. There will be no commission for deposits where final payment was not received. EPH will fill any seats not fully paid for by the due date.
- Contact our office for details of payment or accounting of the commission. It is up to the discretion of the group leader to determine what to do with the commission.

* Payment can be made via cheque, money order, bank draft or bank transfer. Commissions are reduced by 2.5% if paid by credit card. If the Group Organizer finds that the participants prefer to pay by credit card, then all the credit card information should be supplied in the registration form of the participant in the space provided.
