Conditions have been very good, with lots of powder skiing and boarding in the alpine and the perfectly spaced Monashees trees. Despite the fact that the lawn is showing at the lodge elevation, the snow pack is fat in our ski zones. Check out the recent photos in the “Ski Stories” section of our website to see for yourself!
The new fleet of 4FRNT skis has been well received by both clients and the guiding staff, proving to be exceptional sliding devices in the Monashees snow pack. We have a large selection of models, including the EHP, CRJ, and VCT Turbo.
EPH guides and pilots are wearing uniforms provided by Mountain Hardwear and the jackets, pants and gloves have been standing up to the daily abuse of powder skiing in the Monashees.
Our safety program continues to be unparalleled, with every guest carrying a hand held radio, transceiver, probe, shovel and SnowPulse avalanche airbag.
On the environmental front, EPH continues to be the only heliskiing company to offer the option to offset their carbon footprint created by their heliskiing trip. Eagle Pass Heliskiing’s reservations staff simply add the $6.29/day cost to your statement and submit for you through PlanetAir.
We continue to ski big vertical daily (6000 to 12000 meters = 20000 to 40000 ft), skiing fresh powder lines every run, and we have only had three down days so far this season!
Come check out what our loyal clients already know: EPH offers the best heli-skiing on the planet!
