Group Organizers
Eagle Pass Group Organizer Policy
Eagle Pass Heliskiing offers the following discount as a reward for the efforts of Group Organizers of our semi-private groups:
- 4% for a group of 4-7
- 6% for a group of 8-11
- 8% for a group of 12
The following conditions apply to Group Organizers:
1. The Group Organizer must ensure that all of the participants receive a copy of the Authorization Form including the Terms and Conditions, the Registration Form, a copy of our waiver for review as well as Travel and Accommodation Information.
2. The Group Organizer agrees to collect the deposits from each participant remitting it to Eagle Pass Heliskiing as one payment.*
3. The Group Organizer agrees to submit all group members’ signed and completed registration forms.
4. The Group Organizer is responsible for collecting the balance due payment from each participant, remitting it in one payment to Eagle Pass Heliskiing, and ensuring that all payments meet the required deadline dates, as per our Terms and Conditions.*
5. Upon balance due payment, the group leader will provide EPH with a complete Travel Itinerary which includes a list of all group members and how they will be travelling to and from the lodge.
6. Commissions will be paid for only those spaces in which balance due payment is received by the final payment deadline. EPH has the right to fill any seats not fully paid for by the due date.
7. Contact our office for details of payment or accounting of the commission. It is up to the discretion of the group leader to determine what to do with the commission.
8. These commissions are for semi-private groups only and cannot be combined with other EPH specials or incentives.
* EPH prefers that all payments are submitted by wire transfer, certified cheque or bank draft as one payment. Deposits can be paid separately by credit cards but if a credit card is used for the balance due payment the commission to the group will be reduced by 2.5% for each balance due credit card transaction.
