How to Book
Step One
- You determine what type of package you are interested in;
- Decide your desired trip length – 2, 3, 4 or 7 days, and choose the dates you would like to ski. You are able to check the availability on our trip calendars, which are located on the right hand side of each package page.
- Contact us with your request.
Step Two
- Eagle Pass Heliskiing will discuss any questions you may have with you via email or telephone.
- Once you are comfortable with your arrangements we will send you your registration information package.
- Read through the information sent, making sure you are familiar with our terms and conditions , and the information on Trip Cancellation and Interruption Insurance .
- Once you are satisfied return the registration forms to us along with your deposit.
Step Three
- We will process your reservation, and send you a confirmation of receipt of your deposit.
- Make a note of the date your final payment is due and send it in to us by that date. We will send a reminder, and will send a confirmation once final payment has been received.
- Read through our “Planning your trip” page to find out more about arranging flights, shuttle service, and car rental.
- Once you know your travel plans please return the travel forms to us.
Step Four
- Now you are free to dream of carving deep powder turns, and getting in shape for lots of vertical.
