Trip Cancellation & Interruption Insurance as well as Visitor’s Medical Insurance is strongly recommended.  Please note that the medical / travel insurance purchased should cover hospital and helicopter ambulance evacuation expenses.

Occasionally one could encounter delays due to weather conditions, accidents, mechanical failure of your vehicle or official road closures. This may negatively affect your trip either coming or going, as you may not be able to get to the Eagle Pass Heli Base Lodge on time or return to your scheduled carrier before it leaves.  This is one of the reasons that we strongly recommend purchasing Cancellation & Interruption insurance for your ski trip.  The insurance can reimburse for such things as, accommodations, meals, and unused portions of your trip should you be delayed due to the reasons mentioned above.
