When to arrive

For guests who will be driving themselves to the lodge, we recommend arriving no later than 4PM PST on the Saturday (for 3 and 7 day packages) or the Tuesday (4 day packages).  If you know you will be later than 4PM please notify the office so that we can determine if you will be able to make dinner.  If you plan to arrive before 12 noon please notify us as well so that our lodge staff will be ready to greet you and have your room(s) ready.

Arranging flights

Kelowna International Airport is the closest major airport to our operation, serviced by connecting flights from Calgary AB, Vancouver BC and Seattle WA.  Most guests coming to Eagle Pass Heliskiing from the United States would reach Kelowna by a connecting flight through Seattle.

Guests from outside North America would connect through Vancouver BC or Calgary AB.  The three main airlines servicing Kelowna are Horizon Air/Alaska Airlines, WestJet and Air Canada.

Our shuttle service

We provide a scheduled shuttle service from Kelowna which stops at The Delta Grand Okanagan Resort and the Kelowna International Airport.  Our shuttle service is a great way to sit back, relax, enjoy the scenery and let someone else do the driving.  An enclosed trailer will carry all of your luggage and equipment ensuring more space and dry bags and clothes when you arrive.

Eagle Pass Heliskiing provides a scheduled Courtesy Shuttle Service to guests in both of the 7 Day Packages as well as the Private 3 and 4 day Packages.  If you are not in one the above packages call the office to check for availability and see the ‘Shuttle Rates’ below.

If you require accommodation in Kelowna or Vancouver before or after your trip, we can book rooms at The Delta Grand Okanagan Resort in Kelowna, BC or The Delta Vancouver Airport in Vancouver, BC on your behalf.  The cost of the rooms if you book and pay through us is at discounted rate which is lower than the establishment’s published rates.

This is a four-star hotel on the waterfront in Kelowna, it spreads over 25 acres in a parkland setting that is conveniently located only a short stroll from Kelowna’s main downtown core. The Grand also acts as a transfer site for our shuttle service; pick up time is at 13:00 PM PST as well drop-off is at 20:00 PST. Please contact us for assistance in making your reservation.
