 Eagle Pass Lodge Booking Terms and Conditions

Guest Responsibility

Eagle Pass Lodge looks forward to providing a relaxing and memorable summer vacation.  During your stay with us, please keep in mind the following:

  • By checking in to Eagle Pass Lodge the guest has agreed to a legally binding agreement with Eagle Pass Heliskiing Ltd. as outlined in the policies and conditions below.
  • Check in is at 3:00 pm PST.  Check out is at 11:00 am PST.  This helps ensure your room is properly prepared upon arrival.
  • A hotel safe is provided at front desk to store any valuables
  • Hot tub hours end at 10 pm each night.  After-hours access is not permitted.  Proper swimwear is required
  • You are responsible for any damage.  Tread lightly.
  • Eagle Pass Lodge is a destination resort and all guests should be able to have a relaxing and rejuvenating stay.  For this reason, no pets are allowed at Eagle Pass Lodge.
  • Eagle Pass Lodge is a smoke free environment.  Smoking is not permitted in any areas of the hotel including the rooms.  A $500 reconditioning fee will be assessed for guests that do not comply with the non-smoking policy.  This charge will be applied to your room account.
  • Eagle Pass Lodge does not assume responsibility for any additional activities booked on behalf of the guest.  Eagle Pass Lodge only acts as a third party booking service for its guest, with activity providers presenting their own terms and conditions to be followed.
  • A $25 fee will be assessed for any guests that misplace or loose your room key.  This charge will be applied to your room account.
  • A 15% hotel tax is charged on all room rates

Private Events   

Eagle Pass Lodge reserves the right to inspect and monitor your event and discontinue services to all guests in the case of any violations of Lodge policy or Provincial & Federal laws. Eagle Pass Lodge assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage to goods, property, and/or equipment brought into the facility by the organizer and guests. The host agrees to indemnify Eagle Pass Lodge for any claims arising out of negligent or willful act by the host or any of its guests. The host is responsible for the conduct of guests and damages caused with intent incurred to the property, equipment or employees of Eagle Pass Lodge. Children are permitted in designated function areas only and must remain under adult supervision at all times.

Liquor Standards ID must be provided when purchasing alcoholic beverages. At any given time, if the guest is deemed to be intoxicated, Eagle Pass Lodge will not serve alcoholic beverages to that particular guest and arrange a means of transportation to leave the premises at their own expense. There is a zero tolerance for alcohol or any type of drug consumption in the cars and in the parking lot. Alcohol brought on to the premises will be confiscated and guests will be asked to leave the premises. Eagle Pass Lodge reserves the right to close the bar for the safety of its guests and employees and/or close down the event. Please be advised due to liquor regulations the bar will be closed at 1:00am.

Early Check In/Late Checkout 

We cannot guarantee early or late checkouts.  If you expect to arrive to Eagle Pass Lodge early, we encourage you to let Front Desk know prior to your arrival.

Guest Cancellation

If you need to cancel your reservation, Eagle Pass Lodge requires 72 hours’ notice prior to 3:00 pm PST check-in time.  For cancellations without 72 hour’s notice including “No Show” reservations, one night room and tax will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.  An administration fee of $15 will be always be charged regardless of time of cancellation.

Payment Process 

Standard hotel reservations are payable upon checkout from Eagle Pass Lodge.  A credit card is required upon reservation to secure your room, but not charged in advance.

Following checkout, the guest remains responsible for all incidental charges, theft, or damage discovered to either the room or resort.  In this event, Eagle Pass Lodge will contact the guest, process additional charges on the card on file, and provide any additional statement/paperwork.
