For this week we had a group of Swiss gentlemen join for their 3rd successful year. The common bond between them was the “need for speed” (in the form of fast Porsche sports cars) and the yearning for deep powder, and LOTS of it! These close friends also had a bit of competitive spirit, striving for vertical records at Eagle Pass. Over the course of their 6 days of skiing (they left a day early for travel) they achieved 54,575 meters vertical (182,333 vertical feet). In fact Pascal, the oldest in the group, bagged the greatest vertical in the week! With a mixture of snowfall and clear skies throughout the week, this crew saw quite the variety of terrain, from our famous runs through burnt trees to long alpine runs. The snow was awesome and all left with powder grins. Thanks to Richard, Olivier, and the ever-smiling Reto. Until we meet again. Salut.
